1. Pedidos y Personalización / Orders & Customization

ES: Debido a la naturaleza personalizada de nuestras impresiones 3D y textiles exclusivos, todas las ventas son finales. Una vez procesado el diseño, no se aceptan cancelaciones ni devoluciones, excepto por defectos de fábrica comprobados.

EN: Due to the personalized nature of our 3D prints and exclusive textiles, all sales are final. Once the design is processed, no cancellations or returns are accepted, except for proven manufacturing defects.

2. Envíos y Tiempos / Shipping & Delivery

ES: El tiempo estimado de entrega es de 10 a 15 días hábiles dentro de los Estados Unidos. No nos hacemos responsables por retrasos causados por la empresa de mensajería o direcciones incorrectas proporcionadas por el cliente.

EN: Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days within the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Jurisdicción Legal / Legal Jurisdiction

ES: Cualquier disputa legal será regida por las leyes del estado de Maryland, bajo la jurisdicción de RC MOTOR BDC LLC.

EN: Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the state of Maryland, under the jurisdiction of RC MOTOR BDC LLC.
